Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for account activity under your login and for keeping credentials secure.

2. Service Scope

HappyHorse provides tools for text-to-video and image-to-video generation. Features, quality, latency, limits, and model availability may change over time. We may suspend specific features for maintenance, safety, or compliance.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful or harmful, including:

• Users agree not to generate sexually explicit, NSFW, adult, or pornographic content.
• Fraud, impersonation, deception, or non-consensual deepfake content.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, or misuse of third-party rights.
• Harassment, abuse, sexual exploitation, violence promotion, or illegal activity.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or bypass security controls.

4. Credits, Plans, and Billing

Paid plans and credit packages are processed through our payment and merchant-of-record partner Creem. Plan prices, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout.

• One-time credits: added after successful payment and used when generation requests are submitted.
• Subscriptions: renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Billing management: you can open the billing portal from Profile → Manage Subscription to view invoices, update billing details, and cancel renewal.
• Insufficient funds / failed charges: service or plan status may be limited until payment succeeds.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at service@happyhorse.blog before filing a dispute so we can investigate quickly. We aim to acknowledge billing and refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Generated Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your account. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights to your original inputs and may use generated outputs for lawful commercial and non-commercial purposes. You must ensure your use does not violate third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party infrastructure and processing providers (such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI generation). Their temporary failures or policy restrictions may impact service availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud risk, Terms violations, legal requirements, or actions that threaten service security and reliability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHorse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting the revised Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
